Dietary anthocyanins and their association with a reduction in obesity biomarkers and the prevention of obesity. (Escalante-Aburto, A. et al., 2023) Mice on a high-fat diet were orally administered Anthocyanins at a dosage of 200 mg/kg bw (HED = 16.22 mg/kg bw) for 12 weeks. The results indicated that the Anthocyanins alleviated oxidative stress and inflammation while accelerating energy expenditure. (Wu, T. et al., 2018)
