Efficiency Dose: Mangiferin, at a dose of 4.0 mg/ml, inhibits ultraviolet B-induced premature senescence in human fibroblast cells (post-irradiation treatment) by reducing matrix metalloproteinase 1 expression and increasing collagen type I and collagen type III expression.
